Job Details
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager – BDM to lead client acquisition and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue across IT services including managed services, cloud solutions, application development, enterprise solutions, and more.
Job Responsibilities
New Business Development
- Identify and qualify leads across target industries (e.g., BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, etc.)
2. Generate leads via networking, cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and events.
3. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
2. Understand client requirements and position suitable IT services/solutions
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Create strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
2. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
3. Prepare proposals, presentations, and responses to RFPs/RFQs.
Market & Competitor Intelligence
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
2. Identify market trends and new service offerings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with delivery, presales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and engagement.
2. Provide client feedback to internal teams to improve offerings.
Skill & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
2. 3–4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the IT services sector.
3. Strong understanding of IT services such as cloud computing, managed services, software development, etc.
4. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to present technical solutions in a business-friendly manner.
7. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce).
Preference skills
- Network of corporate decision-makers in relevant industries.
2. Experience selling to mid-market and enterprise clients.
3. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
